What kicked this subject matter off was a statistic Eric heard on the radio the other day. Eric tells Steve that the majority of people in the United States of America watch 5 hours of television per day and are on their computer and mobile devices for 3.5 hours per day. That’s a grand total of 8.5 hours per day. That just surprised and shocked me. What is your emphasis on? When you no longer have to move off the couch or join the human race to some extent things within you and around you begin to dissolve. Weight gain is a constant problem because the foods your eating are void of any nutrition. This leads to a host of diseases you’ll be dealing with in the future. The idea of this streaming radio show was to lay out the cold hard facts. But like everything we talk about we always side with life’s silver lining. Eric and Steve offer the best solutions to get you back in harmony with yourself and your surroundings. The first and most important is to draw down gradually from the media blitz. Secondly, get yourself into a fitness program which will excite and reinvigorate your body. Thirdly, research your food and get a good healthy food plan. Stay away from foods in boxes and cans. Eric and Steve talk about balance and and the ability to not be influenced by media 24/7. This will teach you how to think again while you prepare to take on your mental and physical journey. Our topic” Emphasis On What” makes you take a good hard look at  yourself and decide whats important and whats not. The bottom line is how far will you go and will you have the guts to do whats right? Ask yourself, am I in a rut? Let’s make the changes together to what really matters in our life!
