Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes Grip Master, Strongman and Trainer of Champions Adam T Glass to the Broadcast.

Eric and Adam break right into the podcast with thick bar training.

Adam explains it was two different things that really fired him up about grip training. Adam tells Eric the first thing that started his monster grip training off was John Brookfield’s book called Master of Hand Strength and a two inch axle from his high school shop class.

The first time he trained with that axle he was sore for a week. Now Adam was sold on thick bar training. Dennis Rogers was also a major influence in Adam’s quest to become the best he can be in the world of grip. Dennis’s DVD called 336 pounds of Fury really pushed Adam over the edge to learn to the art of bending, twisting and breaking metal. Adam feels that out of all the different strength sports grip work really can’t be defined.

When your in the process of building a great grip no one is ever using the same equipment as their peers. This is why your choice of tool works for you and motivates you to be the best in your sport.

We talk about Adams deadlift numbers with the Apollon Axle and how much he has pulled using a clean grip. Talk about impressive.

We get into some very powerful thick bar movements for stones.

Eric and Adam talk about purchasing a 3 inch bar and training your pulling with a thumbless grip. Talk about building unparalleled finger, hand and wrist strength.

We hit one sided training with thick bars, wrapping towels around a bar to make it a thick bar, attitude explosion but most of all building your success now and forever!
