This really sets the table to how your emotions will run. With high levels of stress consistently this sets us up for ADRENAL fatigue. Remember those two little master glands control our hormones. This is why we must learn to manage stressful experiences wisely. One symptom of Adrenal Fatigue is dizziness upon rising and chronic inflammation. Adrenal Fatigue will affect you in two other ways to where you’ll be flat on your back so to speak or jacked up high all the time before you finally crash.
We talk about foods that directly influence your ability to handle life coming at you at warp speed. We talk about the various foods touching upon raw eggs and the consumption of raw milk this time of year. We talk about seeking out a qualified person to run the proper testing to see if you have Adrenal Fatigue or Burnout completely. Go to someone that you feel you can trust. Eric and Stephen talk about the pronounced effect grass fed ground beef has on restoring the adrenals back to their health and function once again.
