Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes strength trainer, IKFF certified kettlebell instructor, certified mace instructor, Olympic lifting instructor and a teacher of being the best version of you everyday of your life Adrian O’Brien to the Broadcast.

Eric and Adrian open with the show by establishing right away that he is a family man, father of three and has a loving and supporting wife. What an awesome introduction.

Adrian explains to Eric  right from the start of our conversation  that his gym is established in core values, honesty, respect and gratitude. Eric and Adrian couldn’t agree more that these standards learned in the gym and in life will have a direct impact in your life. The values we talk about are best described as something you live through and attach to your life. Not just throwing phrases out there with very little meaning.

Eric and Adrian talked about the never ending quest to succeed in their businesses and how we face the possibility of failure everyday. As Adrian tells Eric once he shortened his physical culture niche that’s when things changed and he began to attract the people he wanted into his life.

Eric and Adrian talk about what got him so fired up about physical culture. As he conveyed to Eric he was a better athlete then student. Adrian has boxed, played ruby, perfected body weight training and hurling.

Eric and Adrian talk about the old school athlete and could they compare to today’s superstars? We make a few pointed comments on that.

This was a podcast that could of easily gone on for another hour.

Adrian brings a new class to Motivation and Muscle and our family of listeners.
