Big Arms and The How’s-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Show Welcomes Jedd Johnson to the Broadcast. Jedd is a Speaker, Performing Strongman and Three Time National Grip Strength Champion. Eric and Jedd start the show right off with one of the lifters favorite subjects. Big Arms! We explain that big arms are not just for show. We discuss what an important role they play in all of our lifting challenges and how they need to be worked directly to keep them injury proof. Eric and Jedd walk everyone through both the direct movements for the triceps and biceps. Our favorite direct movement to the bicep is still the barbell standing curl. We offer bar alternatives, power rack work and putting your back against the wall when curling. We feel one of the best ways to build massive triceps is the Dip. This movement alone will not only build massive triceps but will involve the whole upper body. The dip is called the upper body squat! We talk about a few of the movements we feel will give great gains and strength benefits to our arm growth.The first movement which will really create a metabolic avalanche is the Dip. Unfortunately the dip has fallen out of favor but it is still one of the most result producing exercises out there. The next movement we address is the bent row. This can be done with an Olympic bar, thick bar, dumbbells or your standard one inch bar. Last but not least is the pullover. This can be executed with a curling bar, dumbbell or a standard one inch straight bar. Either way, the arms will grow and become much stronger when these three movements are implemented into your program. If you are a stone lifter or plan on being one in the future work the biceps directly. This could save you from a bicep tear which is way to common today in strength sports. This podcast is loaded with usable ways to build the biggest pair of arms ever. Eric and Jedd talk about a way to put a quarter of an inch on your arms during any workout. Eric tells Jedd how he found out how to do this. All you’ll need to do to  accomplish this is to buy two products and rub them in while your training. I’ll warn you ahead of time that they get very hot.  The bottom line is Eric and Jedd give you a great outline on how to build Gorilla ARMS that will have everyone talking!
