Carolyn Johnson-Admiration and Inspiration-#313-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes the co-owner of Iron Cross Training and Fitness, Fitness Trainer and noted authority on Brain Injuries and Concussions Carolyn Johnson to the Broadcast. Eric and Carolyn start the podcast off with talking about how one injury or blow to the head can change your life forever and all those around you.  Carolyn states right from the start of our interview that to never give up hope.  We talk about the how and the why and how easy it could be to just put your head in your hands and give up. Carolyn I feel lives by the warriors code which will always be the ability to fight on, never give up and most of all stand up and be counted. We talk about the strands of time that are woven through your life. When something traumatic happens in your life and you don’t understand it at first these strands of time we talk about will eventually be explained. The most crucial thing at that point is how are you going to react to this and what will you do? Carolyn has gone after brain injuries and concussions with blunt force. We talk about the discipline needed everyday to succeed in not only getting through it but eventually becoming one hundred percent healthy. Momentum is a huge factor with this and we get into how important it is to have this to heal fully, educate and support others and be an ambassador for hope. Sometimes hope is all you have and Carolyn is living proof. The Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Connects Your Brain To Your Brawn. Enjoy!
