Eric, Kirsten, and Paul are going to teach you how to Demolish Fear! The first thing we focused upon was why is this so prevalent in today’s world? There are many reasons but the one that sticks out like the black eye on your face is the media. How many people are glued to their devices? The answer is just about the whole world’s population. With this in mind, most people are constantly being bombarded with negative chatter. In a lot of these instances, it could be anything from murder or the sun’s going to set for the last time. What this consistent type of chatter creates is a fear based world where you’re constantly waiting for the next shoe to drop. There is no doubt with so much practiced low self-esteem in the world today coupled with the added fear will make for you a very unhappy life. Fear will grip you and never let go of you if you invite it into your life. Kirsten brings up a great point how Men have become so fearful and much of it can be attributed to low testosterone. She has seen this not only in her business but out in the world. As she tells Paul and Eric it’s very easy to identify fear in Men these days. Your behaviors will tell a lot about you. There are only two fears we are born with and they are fearful of loud noises and fear of falling! The rest of fear as we know it within you is all self-learned. Two things we identify right off the bat to establish within yourself is creating unbeatable confidence and getting yourself physically active in a very realistic goal. These work marvelously off one another enabling you to make some serious life changes which will benefit you forever and eventually eliminating your fears.Eric, Kirsten, and Paul finish this earth rattling podcast off with some of our own fears we have conquered along the way in our lives. The first thing you must do is reconnect with yourself. The second thing you must do is learn to override these fears in your mind with good positive life-changing affirmations. It takes 21 days to change any old negative habit mentally to a positive one. The next thing we talk about is the deconstruct and the reconstruct of our mind for the purpose of eradicating fears, bad habits or changing our life for a new positive outcome.
