Dr. William Wong-Lessons Learned-#529-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio Welcomes Dr. William Wong to the Broadcast. Dr. Wong is a Classical Naturopath, a PhD. Exercise Physiologist, Certified Athletic Trainer (AATA), Certified Sports Medicine Trainer (ASMA), World Sports Medicine Hall of Fame member and World Martial Arts Hall of Fame member. Eric and Dr. Wong start the radio show off with examining Dr. Wong’s colorful adventures in physicality and what he’s learned and will pass on to our family. Dr. Wong’s first discipline was learning martial arts which he has now practiced for almost 50 years. After a number of times as a young boy being beaten up and held at knife point he decided to learn the proper way to defend himself. Some of things he learned from martial art’s was a new found confidence. He walked differently, talked differently and now had the look of someone who the bullies or cowards wanted no part of. The confidence building really sparked the testosterone discussion that comes up quite a bit on Motivation and Muscle. Eric and Dr. Wong got very fired up and started calling the men of the world out and went over their feelings on this important subject. We want to restore manliness back into the worlds population. Eric and Dr. Wong talked about his next discipline which was Olympic Weightlifting. Dr. Wong tells Eric who out there wouldn’t want to be so much stronger to go with the flow and grace of martial arts. Dr. Wong was now creating a human wrecking machine and new it. We then discussed the art of communication which has taken a severe body shot over the last ten years. When having a phone at your fingertips for anything you want your ability to converse or become physically active diminishes considerably. Eric and Dr. Wong talk about his next discipline which was bodybuilding. As he relates to our family it was to initially meet woman. Dr. Wong explains that between bodybuilding and gymnastics all he got was a lot of structural damage.  We talk about the warrior within and how those big chunks of iron and rock which we lift and cling to are always with us even outside the gym. We can’t separate the two. It runs through us at every waking moment. Strength and Warrior honor never rests!
