You must capture the art of solitude in your garage, basement, outdoors or as Dr. Wong says; as a Shaolin Monk living in a cave observing the movements of animals. Once this is achieved the will we all have locked up inside explodes with action through the physical culture and physical strength we want so badly! One of the major parts of this discussion about will was the warrior in you from the time of being a small child. You can build that warrior to be that super hero we always wanted to be.
