Eric and Ellen start the show right off with a big observation we see in gyms all over America. Trainees using more weight then they can handle. I’m sure our lifting family has noticed this to?We talk about the warmup prior the weightlifting session and why it’s so vital to keeping you injury proof. Ellen tells Eric that she believes in stretching between sets and as part of your cool down when you have finished for the day.
