Eric Guttmann-The 533 Update and Your Word is Your Bond-#224Eric and Eric bring us up to date with the 533 program. This program I designed for Eric works with 3 big lifts. The lifts we use in Eric’s program is the Squat, Deadlift and Overhead Press. We run two lifts together at all times to create an atmosphere of all out body gains in strength and raw power. The lifts would go like this. For six weeks we would Dead Stop the Squat and the Overhead press from three different heights. Then on the seventh week we would remove the squat from the program and insert the Deadlift into the program along with the Overhead press. Eric has gained super muscular body weight and a monster amount of strength even with a slight shoulder injury from his lifting past. Eric has experienced a new found confidence and power like never before in his strength career. Were going to keep building on his success with more video and training updates with the whole course to be released by years end with explanations, suggestion and of course more positive self talk . We also talk heavily about how important your word is in everything your involved with in daily life. We get very loud and passionate on this important subject.
