When I came up with today’s show title I felt that there is a need to set the record straight and get our family and new friends to realize that thoughts have direct power to what you will do now and into the future!
Ghosts, for the most part, are the thoughts, ideas, and struggles which populate your subconscious mind. How many times per day are these Ghosts going off in your mind? I’m sure to many to count on a daily basis. When you build that dialogue continuously for many years your going to have a very uncomfortable life if you let it continue on. As we’ve talked about in so many M&M Podcasts that it’s just as easy to live a happy life as it is to walk around unhappy all the time. Before we get into some solutions to reverse some of these unpleasant thoughts in your mind we are going to discuss the Shadows that accompany the Ghosts in our subconscious mind. As Steve made the reference about the Shadows of your mind that they are not all bad and there is a lesson for everyone to pay attention to. One of the things you must be aware of and begin to recognize is the Who, What, and When in the outside world you are continually bombarded with day in and day out!
There is a very simple way to minimize and rid your subconscious mind of Ghosts and Shadows. The first example in the Who in your life. Who are you listening to, Who are you associating with, and Who is influencing what you are doing in your day to day life? Our second example is the What in Your life! What are you reading, listening to, and observing? Remember this and take note that everything stated above filters into your subconscious mind. The third example the When in your life is the most crucial thing to think and act upon here. When will you make the decision that you want to build that Powerful Subconscious Mind to create a life of Hopes and Dreams! To make this change permanent your mind will give you the biggest Mental Test of your life but live a life of Abundance and Prosperity surely destroys living a life of Ghosts and Shadows!
