One of the most important lessons here is how do you engage the student and most of all what is their perception of you they will be drawing from? This is very important from the start to build the mind and the rest of the story will follow.We talk about very hardcore strength training such as stone lifting and power rack training. I point blank ask Jon would Warrior Fitness help me in other ways towards my goals? Jon gives Eric a resounding yes! The two things Jon keys on is driving forces and restrictive forces. What were doing here is training for efficiency. We want to do all the needed work for our driving forces and remove the stress, soreness and the potential for an added chance of injury via restrictive force. Restrictive forces are byproducts of our hard training.
