Introducing-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Strength Coach, Personal Trainer, Martial Artist, Writer and Author Jon Haas to the Broadcast.Eric and Jon kick the show off with who was your influence into the world of physical culture? Jon states with complete confidence none other than the great Bruce Lee. Even to this day Bruce Lee is Jon’s go to guy. Jon admired how way ahead of his time Bruce Lee was. Bruce was the first to implement the uses of weight lifting to build real strength and endurance. We talk about the importance of our guests and the role they have on Motivation and Muscle in educating our family who wants to achieve their goals through our interviews. We feel the knowledge of our guests with the guidance of our host make our shows the best out there in the strength and the mental genre.  We tackle what you think about most will come about in everything you do. Everything towards success starts in that 6 inches between your ears. What I’m describing here is your brain. Jon and I take it one step further. You must become a visionary. By this I mean greatness and success will never happen for you unless you can visualize it mentally and then carry it out physically. Greatness will happen over time. It will require doing, consistency and commitment to name a few of the attributes needed to carry your goals out. We talk about becoming as resilient and unbreakable as humanly  possible and why you have a responsibility to yourself to achieve this in yourself.  Who really wants to go through life always complaining and dropping out of things when life gets a little tough? I fully believe even the most docile human being down deep really wants to achieve at a high level and win. This is why through struggle and failure you can become the most passionate, resilient and  unbreakable version of you. We talk about teaching the younger athlete and the methods we use to get them to buy into a program such as martial arts. One of the most important lessons here is how do you engage the student and most of all what is their perception of you they will be drawing from?  This is very important from the start to build the mind and the rest of the story will follow. We talk about very hardcore strength training such as stone lifting and power rack training. I point blank ask Jon would Warrior Fitness help me in other ways towards my goals? Jon gives Eric a resounding yes! The two things Jon keys on is driving forces and restrictive forces.  What were doing here is training for efficiency. We want to do all the needed work for our driving forces and remove the stress, soreness and the potential for an added chance of injury via restrictive force. Restrictive forces are byproducts of our hard training. They must be removed to begin our next driving forces training  session! We really tackled a number  of great topics today to really make you think where are you are right now in your training? What goals have you yet to fulfill? Do you feed your mind with the right mental energy? Do you understand the role of training recovery? Strive to learn as much as you can and alway be the best you can possibly be. Success beckons your every move! Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Connects Your Brain To Your Brawn. Enjoy!
