James Fuller is an All Around Lifter, A master of the Bent Press and Grip Extraordinaire. Eric and James fire away with a forgotten chunk of iron called the dumbbell.
This is why I enjoy this show so much. We hit upon things that will really turn you into a Hulk. The dumbbell can shore up the weak parts of your body and make you a much better lifter due to the complexities of each lift. A big thing to remember here is each lift weather your pulling it, pressing it or walking with it is always accomplished using one arm. There are some unique situations but the majority of the lifts is using one arm.
Eric and James get into the background of the dumbbell and some of the lifts which will really increase your power in a whole different way.
