Jon tells Eric the show is going to be very powerful and primal. So here we go. Eric and Jon start right off with the 4 D’s and how two of the 4 hormone exercises aren’t trained anymore. The two I’m referring to are the dumbbell clean and press and the dip. With the edition of the deadlift which will be our primary movement of the four our hormone system will be going full throttle. Jon believes we should always have a big pull, press and Squat to round out any routine he constructs. We talk about dumbbell deadlifts either for warm-ups or implementing them into your program along with the standard barbell deadlift. Jon tells Eric wait till you see the carryover into the barbell deadlift after spending some time working the dumbbell deadlift. We talk about doing these various lifts and some that are not widely used today in physical culture. As Jon said one injury can change everything when it comes to our lifting. We must all learn to train from every angle to bullet proof our body. We talk about our primal needs to train and become the best version of you. Two many people never give themselves the opportunity to gauge what there threshold of strength is.
