Trisha tells Eric and our family that the Keto diet has been around for a long time and was and is prevalent in the Bodybuilding Community. Trisha began the Keto diet initially for weight loss at her gym with her clients. Each client was always monitored to make sure they were losing fat and not muscle.
We talk about how the Keto diet allowed trainees to lose fat and gain muscle no matter what age you were. One of the biggest contributions from this diet especially for males was the rise in their testosterone. We talk about the mental mindset associated with weight loss and some of our thoughts which we will need to change for success. One thing to understand is we must commit to this lifestyle for the rest of our waking days. Eric and Trisha talk about the role of leadership and how she feels she always had this in her and through a series of events in here life brought this quality to the surface.
Eric and Trisha talk about how important the training is when you embark on the Keto Diet. She tells Eric she eventually gets here clients sooner than later interested in lifting free weights. We know how vitally important free weights are to the ligament. tendon and bone strength. Weight Training is especially important for bone density for women as they age.
