Eric and Logan touched briefly on his newly released book called Mental Muscle before they moved into Years and Decades of Success. Training success is always on our minds. Your constantly making decisions, processing information and coming up with the required solutions to keep going on. When we’ve trained for lots of years or decades some of us come to the point where the fire needs to be stoked heavily to continue. One of the best ways to get the lifting juices going once again is make a goal that is so big its going to require 150 percent of you to get it done. Now I know some of you are shaking your heads and saying I work, have a family, I have friends etc. Eric and Logan have a few suggestions for you. Turn off the television and laptop. Keep your texting to a minimum and begin to get reacquainted with the iron. Become much more primal in your behavior and learn to become a real time manager. You’ll be astonished at how much time you’ll have to keep training till your old and gray. As I told Logan I plan at 100 years old to still be able to back squat 250lbs. This is what successful thought, true goals and the ability to carry out these goals when you take your time seriously..
