Last but not least do you have the spine to break away from the acceptable mainstream way to train or do you feel the need to hit heavy squats, heavy deadlifts, heavy overhead lifts, stones, and farmers walks to name a few man makers. If you adopt our teaching today you will never look for training that is soft, dead and motionless. Always strive to learn from the past and present greats of strength.
