Are You Made of Stone or Cardboard
Are You Made of Stone or Cardboard-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Dr. William Wong to the Broadcast. Dr. Wong is a Classical Naturopath, a Ph.D. Exercise Physiologist, Certified Athletic Trainer (AATA), Certified Sports Medicine Trainer (ASMA), World Sports Medicine Hall of Fame member and World Martial Arts Hall of Fame member. Eric and Dr. Wong start the radio show off with a couple of passages by Coach John Wooden and Stone Lifter Steve Jeck. The brilliance of their writings always sound so much better the more we read them out loud. What they really spell out for all of us is that life demands certain things from us and we must deliver them fully in return.Eric and Dr. Wong bear their teeth right into the intestinal fortitude you’ll need to get started with your goal. If the results are not quick and easy we have a segment of the population that will literally quit or never attempt the goal at hand. Posers are made of cardboard with their phony sculpted body which will wilt quite easily under anything heavy or anything out of the ordinary in their training. As Dr. Wong states, What happens to cardboard when you get it wet? It disintegrates!Eric and Dr. Wong make it very clear that water runs off of a stone and it stays strong and solid. This is what a strongman must choose in his training. Take the unpaved road on your journey to whatever greatness you want to achieve in your life. I make reference to my nephew Danny who at age 6 has so much interest in physical strength. On Christmas day he was outside lifting with his dad, my brother and myself. If we can keep his interest peaked for years to come just think about the stone we are sculpting!Eric and Dr. Wong talk about building the mental stones inside your head. One word that we really hit upon is responsibility. You must learn to live your life with urgency and ferocity. Shoulder your responsibility fully and don’t look for anything or anyone to blame. Build the brain stone’s to carry you through the best and the worst of times. As Dr. Wong says by not taking responsibility for your health you are shortening your own lifespan. Stop looking for the perfect excuse or the perfect wonder drug to get you through your lack of exercising because of outright laziness.Eric and Dr. Wong’s spirits run extremely high as we begin to wind the show down. We won’t let up on becoming your own man, starting to become more personable with people and to draw down from all the technical gadgets we are constantly being bombarded with. The easy part of life’s journey is to be a follower. The hardest part is to be a leader. Stand out, Stand tall and Stand strong! Ask yourself this important question? Am I Stone or Am I Cardboard? Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Connects Your Brain To Your Brawn. Enjoy!
