I make reference to my nephew Danny who at age 6 has so much interest in physical strength. On Christmas day he was outside lifting with his dad, my brother and myself. If we can keep his interest peaked for years to come just think about the stone we are sculpting!Eric and Dr. Wong talk about building the mental stones inside your head. One word that we really hit upon is responsibility. You must learn to live your life with urgency and ferocity. Shoulder your responsibility fully and don’t look for anything or anyone to blame. Build the brain stone’s to carry you through the best and the worst of times. As Dr. Wong says by not taking responsibility for your health you are shortening your own lifespan. Stop looking for the perfect excuse or the perfect wonder drug to get you through your lack of exercising because of outright laziness.Eric and Dr. Wong’s spirits run extremely high as we begin to wind the show down.
