Mike Gillette-The Best-#460-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes Army Paratrooper, SWAT Commander, Bodyguard to Fortune 500 Executives, a Record-Breaking Motivational Strongman, and writer and author Mike Gillette to the Broadcast. Eric and Mike come right out swinging with what it takes to be the best and how to become the best and why. Eric and Mike explain being the best for yourself could mean operating at a very high level but you choose not to compete. On the other hand Mike told Eric he was off to a campus after the podcast to work with a small group of athletes who were a part of a very successful wrestling program. As Mike explains to Eric this group not only wants to be champions as a team but also be the best individually. Eric and Mike really draw from the well when we talk about the pursuit to be the best. The fear of opening yourself up or becoming vulnerable for the whole world to see scares a lot of people. The ability to get by this and not going into something halfway will create this perception in you that I can do it no matter what. Once you put it out there or on the table so to speak you have to follow through. We talk about perspective and how people see what someone does in athletics as either worth it or not. We use stone lifting as the example. As Mike said to Eric. Some people would see no value in it while others would say that’s it and that’s the key to my success. Eric and Mike talk about the strongest version of you no matter what type of weights or stones you pursue.  The strongest version of you creates, builds and reinforces the Best you. As Mike says:”The World Needs You.” Are you the Best? The Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Connects Your Brain To Your Brawn. Enjoy!
