Anyone who has lifted heavy things for many years will have injuries all over their body especially in the shoulder girdle region. This book will teach you how and what to do to rehab, prehab and how to keep your body structure in impeccable shape! We talk about how to implement into your training the shoulder massage, chest massage, lat massage, upper back massage and the thoracic spine stretch for starters.
Neuro and Heavy One great example in this book we center on is the upper back. The look of choice these days in the strength world is a monster neck and a set of coconut size traps. The problems we these areas of the body is they are constantly under extreme tension causing lots of mobility problems and a loss of strength due to the shortening of the musculature. Just by implementing these methods into your training you will get your mobility and strength back through diligent hard work!
The next topic we hit hard is Heavy. When we talk Heavy we mean weights that are not only out of the universe but test everything you are as a man. Jon loves Heavy Squats and he is put to the test everytime he gets under the bar. This is a movement which is made to drive you right through the ground if you let it. You must be at your very best everytime you approach and get under that bar. Your attitude and certainty must be a tower of strength to get this mission accomplished. Eric talks about back building and what he is doing to build the monster neck, traps, rhomboids, spinal erectors, lats and lower back so he has super success with lifting big objects from the ground!
