Eric Fiorillo  Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes Strongman, Steel Bender and Highland Games Athlete Nick Rosendaul to the Broadcast.

Eric and Nick start the show right off with Nick stating he started weightlifting in eighth grade for football. That’s where he cut his teeth into the iron.  During high school Nick met a soon to be fellow strongman who had all the old strongman meets video. This is what got him so interested in strongman and started in the sport.

From there Nick tells Eric that after seeing Pat Povilaitis do some steel bending he was hooked and had to learn how to do it.

Eric and Nick talk about the Supreme Manhood Stone in Iceland none other then the Husafell Stone.

We talk about wanting to search here in America for some mighty stones and to start an American tradition here for stone lifting.

We talk about some of the older strength athletes we admire such as Carmen Caputo and what keeps them lifting. Nick’s response was because they want to.

Eric and Nick talk about the pros and cons of young kids involved in sports and how a lot of these athletes have become specialized in one sport. If the athlete wants to become better he or she should play multiple sports for their overall success.

We talk about weightlifting and strength sports and the demand that is put on you. No excuses. Learn to shoulder some responsibility. Either you meet the demands or the demands are going to meet you.

Nick brings his expertise and positive attitude to the broadcast with his winning attitude.
