Outdoor training has so many benefits both physically and mentally. The idea that you use what nature has presented you is a big change from the regular gym atmosphere. You are no longer in a controlled environment and are now in a primal setting. Let your imagination run wild and create your own outdoor challenge.  Eric and John talk about lifting stones, chins off tree branches and lifting tree limbs of every size that have fallen. There are endless things to do when you are outdoors. We talk about the ability to thrive and survive outdoors no matter what the conditions are. We also talk about the mentality of the trainer and the trainee. Your ability and determination to get the job done falls primarily on your shoulders. Its up to the trainer to design the program you’ll need to set you up for success but the bottom line is you. When good feedback is delivered to your trainer it inspires both of you to dig deeper and reach up higher. We talk about the trends out there and the grit its going to take for men to become the staple of society again. Men must grow a set of balls again and become the leaders we were meant to be. Get your sons and daughters back with nature, disconnect from the gadgets, lift some stones and start working the land again. Eric and John talk about the frame work of structure and how kids eat it alive. It’s usually the adults that have the problem with it. We talk about the children in our families and through exercise structure we build a unity with each other that lasts into eternity. Eric and John finish off with the little things we have to do to get the thinking goal machine cooking in your mind. Maybe you raise the stone a little higher when you lift it, add another ten pounds to the bar when you squat it or just let out a mind blowing scream when you have lifted something that’s had your number for a long time.
