Eric welcomes Mike back to Motivation and Muscle with a spot on Podcast Titled Positive Action! This theme came about from the constant bombardment during Christmas especially focusing on gaining weight, worthless diets, and the constant reminder that you can’t do this on your own. Never once did I hear these experts tell anyone to get out there and make their own brand of Positive Action! What does that statement mean you ask? For once in your life take a leap of Faith on Yourself! Does that make sense to you?

We can never escape your own self-talk and how you frame thoughts and ideas both mentally and visually! This will take you and guide you along the path which you’ll need to travel to eventually completing your goal no matter what it is.

Taking Positive Action really spans through your life and in everything you do.  Eric and Mike use weight training as an example. No matter who we train we find our students love to train from head to toe. It’s much more gratifying to use the whole body when you push a large weight. This, in turn, makes the student want to really go after a bigger goal. Why is this you ask? It’s because all of the electrical breaks we’ve had along the way are now starting to reconnect making us an unstoppable force! It really brings that excitement back to your life that you’ve been missing.

Eric and Mike finish this Inspiring Podcast Titled Positive Action with some key points to enact to build a better life! The most important thing here is to build the confidence you’ll need to make the important decisions in and outside of the gym. Don’t let guilt be your guide to put you in a bad situation which can drain you both financially or mentally. Just because your told something doesn’t mean its true unless you invite it into your mind. Become your own guide and take ownership of yourself once and for all! It’s much easier then you think. When you get to the point where one more cookie or that piece of cake at the Holidays is in front of you begging to be eaten you’ll have the discipline to make the decision on what action to take. Make it Positive Action!
