Power Rack, Testosterone Rising and Holds-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Jon Bruney to the broadcast. Jon is a Strongman, Author, Motivational Speaker, Pastor and Writer for Milo Magazine. Eric and Jon talk about one of their favorite subjects the power of the power rack. Eric gives a brief description of his rack routine for that night but he and Jon talk about holding stones for time to get the blood flowing. This is a hard fought activation hold. This means your mind and body are working as hard as they can to make the time and build Hulk like strength and power. Eric and Jon talk about Eric’s dead stop squat program he’s presently doing. The idea of going back and forth between the dead stop front squat and the dead stop tricep quad squat is amazing. These are two back breaking lifts that when combined will lead you to championship caliber strength. We also discuss the feet which are so vital for successful lifting and are rarely addressed. Think about this every time you lift a bar. What is the first body part which makes contact with the ground? So make a point of it to take good care of your feet. We really hit upon the dead stop bench press and the dead stop standing press overhead with so much emphasis on the holding and locking out of the bar. Then we talk about our big favorite in the power rack which is none other then the isometric hold for time. This one lift alone will build deeper muscle insertions, cable like ligaments and tendons and bones like steel. The best gift you could ever give your girlfriend or wife is to introduce them to the power rack. We also touch upon the response from your central nervous system when its really engaging with the you and the power rack. It’s really amazing how much you can take mentally when this type of training is practiced on a regular basis.Eric and Jon wrap the show up with these key points. Give rack work a solid chance. Don’t quit after two workouts and tell yourself it doesn’t work. Be steadfast¬† in your pursuit of strength, power and gains in size. To accomplish this on your part there will always be a pay up and a pay out. Practice them both and plan on a new wardrobe in the next 3 months. Be aggressive Men and get it done!
