Practice, Strength, Action and Excuses-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Janelle Pica to the broadcast. Janelle is a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified RKC/SFG Instructor Level 2, gym owner and a competitive athlete. Eric and Janelle start the podcast off with a question we should be constantly asking yourself. Why am I training in the first place? This is very relevant in today’s world in so many ways. One thing that will always come to the surface is excuses.  This is when you don’t feel like doing something and avoid it or give a half-hearted effort and turn the page. If it’s not quick and doesn’t give me the results I expect fast why bother staying with it. This is a very dangerous way to think and it will really limit you permanently if you allow this thinking to grow.
Where are you when it comes to taking risks in your life? Eric and Janelle think risk taking should be an everyday experience. That’s when the word Action comes to mind. How motivated are you? Are you ready to take on something so big in your life it scares the hell out of you? Anything new and big will cause you to have that I’m not sure about if I should do it reaction. But with that reaction comes so much growth both mentally, physically and spiritually. It’s a new dawn of confidence, goal setting, triumph and assorted failures. Yes, you heard it right I did say failures. To become a real success in every endeavor you do it’s going to build on a lot of real failures. This is how we get better in everything we do and succeed in the process!Eric and Janelle finish this great podcast off with some observations on training and what do you really do it for? One of the things we both do is set goals and keep pushing hard to achieve them. We both like to lift big heavy things because this has a big carry over into our private lives meaning what are we doing with ourselves outside of the gym? This is very important on how you carry yourself out in public, how you treat others and are you being a steward of strength when you’re out in the world? The biggest lesson from our conversation today is to live bigger every day, cut the excuses, practice practice practice and always be a steward of strength. It is something to really live up to. But we know you’re ready for that big challenge!
