Stones and Kettlebells-Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Frank Delventhal to the Broadcast. Frank is a Stone Lifter, Steel Bender and a Kettlebell Competitor and Trainer. Eric and Frank start the show right off with Eric reading the passage of the Opinions of Others! This morphs right into stones and some of the people we’ve had contact with or soon will regarding stone training and ideas. We talk about the different stone cultures and how we feel that so many of us need to capture this way of life somewhat in today’s world. This is one time I can truly say that I would like to repeat the past! We talk about being an example of strong. My nephew Danny now at 6 years of age has started lifting sandbags weighing 8 and 12 pounds. Why? Because he has consistently seen strength exhibited frequently around him. Things like this really shape a child’s mind.  Making them part of your life in both your love and strength will move mountains in their life as they grow. Frank tells Eric he calls this growing over oneself. Then lends very big to the shaping of a young child so they have a very good base built within in them for the future. Eric and Frank talk about building steel stones and power racks. We veer off the road in a great way when we talk about how beneficial a power rack is and how a friend of Franks began trains squats with him. He was a martial artist who every time he was kicked in the legs he’d go down to the ground. That soon stopped after Frank introduces him to squat holds. We talk about how when you start lifting stones and as they get heavier in nature you must become very explosive. This is where a kettlebell will be a very beneficial extension for explosiveness. You can employ swings and Turkish get-ups for starters. Everything we talked about on today’s show will definitely increase your health, strength, and endurance. The thing I hope you will all draw from this podcast is there are many ways to ready yourself for stones, speed and strength and we really dive into it.
