One of the first habits a millionaire possesses is being a voracious reader. This is creating their mind library with all types of favorites such as Ironman, Brawn and the Hardgainer. The mind needs to be exercised to so we can become a wealth of knowledge to ourselves and others.Habits number two and three are pretty basic in nature. Number two is practicing at least 30 minutes per day of self-improvement for yourself. Number three makes reference to exercise. We have a difference of opinion on the use of the word exercise and how the training is presented. We at M&M call it Strength Training and our definition of muscle building is much different! Another great habit of possessing is hanging around with like minded people who are at a much higher level of strength training or of business aptitude. Another very important habit that the winners in life practice are being a goal setting giant. All of us can draw that parallel between that and so many of our strength goals. To be someone who is taken seriously we must become proficient over and over again with every goal we go after. This will build a whole new level of success mentally and physically. Two more habits self-made millionaires have is the want and the need to get up earlier every day and to establish multiple levels of income coming in every month. This equates perfectly with our strength training. Getting ahead of your day is always most beneficial with the weights to set the pace and us as physical people are always able to build and grow our body from many directions. We finish off our successful habits podcast off with success leads from the front. There are so many great habits to learn from here that this podcast could become your very own pocket dictionary on strength. The point of this show is for you to be your own best judge. Learn and listen from all kinds of information that’s all around you. The thing you’ll need to do right away is to become the doer.
