This Podcast came to life when Dr. William Wong Posted a short article Titled EVOLUTION OF MEN! Anyone who listens to Motivation and Muscle regularly has heard many shows which address the decline of the male over the last 50 years, especially in America! There is always a consistent drumbeat on how the majority of Men are the real problem with the world’s ills especially if your an old white male that the press loves to attack! Fight Back!
Let’s step aside from the blame game and discuss why and how did things get this far. Men in so many instances have been told, convinced or forced to be something they truly are genetically not. What is that word? Soft! But as I say on just about every podcast that what you think and believe about yourself you become! The proof is in the pudding here! Society has softened up considerably through parenting or lack of, elimination of gym class in many school programs and the lack of a male figure in many young men’s lives. Check the statistics if you don’t believe me. They don’t lie.
What do we do to rid society of safe spaces, snowflake drama, and definitely super low testosterone? The first and foremost thing we need to do is get these kids moving again. Get them off of these devices there constantly on morning, noon, and night! Get them interested in inspiring heroes both past and present. Allow these kids to make mistakes and work twice as hard to correct their situation. Educate and instruct them to achieve their goals and not run off and hide in a corner just because of someone way critical of them! Society has taken the human and turned the Male into a servant, deemed him no good, obsolete, and no longer any more than a danger at this point in time! No Way!
So what should we do? The first thing to do is to begin a solid exercise program with the emphasis on building internal strength and shutting down as much of today’s external world. Limit as much of the external devices as possible that your sons use every day. This right there will make a significant change in their habits. I see this happen all the time with my younger pupils that I train. As they start seeing results through the gym work and get a real sense of pride and confidence in what their doing suddenly the texting and video games have a lesser effect in their life! They begin to learn what priorities are, leadership and the total joy of a healthy life loaded with lots of achievement is all about! Survival is KING!
