The trend seems to identify many forms of bad behavior, fear and the art of blaming others when things don’t go your way.Eric and Steve believe that most of this behavior is taught by others or self taught. For most people when life presented a challenge you would take it head on and never quit till you beat it. For many people those days are over. Life has been made way to easy for most individuals. So when conflict, road blocks or when an outcome is not to your liking anything can happen in a negative way.One thing that is very important to the Motivation and Muscle family is to take on things which are trying to put you right through the concrete. The only way you will survive this and have a positive outcome is through the Art of Toughness. The first step to do is to get into a physical program. That means to learn how to lift weights. This will turn weak into strong and return toughness back into your life.The next step to take is creating worthy goals which will require you to fulfill in a given amount of time. Once this process of achievement is repeated over and over you will begin your stronghold on physical and mental toughness. We haven’t even explored the mental side of toughness. When you are weak mentally the smallest of things will get to you. As these habits grow larger the trauma will magnify and you will be unable to respond let alone mount any type of a fight back. You can change your thinking and life to become a champion and a mental giant. Eric and Steve repeat over and over the choice is yours. Live with purpose, passion and laser like direction in all you take on. Change your circle of friends who live only as victims with nothing but disdain for the world. Emulate people that have risen from adversity and took nothing and made it into something. Rough and tough is so much better than small minded and weak.
