There are many groups out there funded by billionaires who are spreading threats and fear and even provoking violence to people who have a difference of opinion. Since when did opposite beliefs result in the possibility of physical harm! As my Father always told me as a kid. When you start something with someone always remember they might just be a little better than you. Things could end up very bad should this happen.
We also talk about the responsibility you have to yourself to be physical, mentally and spiritually sharp. We constantly hear from the slobs of the world who don’t want to do what we do. No one is asking you to do any of that type of training. What we are asking you to do is to take small steps to change your health and your mental attitude towards your day to day life. It’s a commitment and a new level of attitude to get this done. The great thing about making this change in your life will be that you’re no longer looking over your shoulder whenever you’re out in public. Your Fears have begun to leave you!
