Train and Gain-Hope, Eating Disorder, Overtraining and Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie-#360

Eric Fiorillo Host of Train and Gain and The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes His Co-Host Erin Mackin to the show. Erin is a marine, nutritional coach, owner of Paleo Effects, Strength Trainer and Exercise Coach.

Eric and Erin talk about the years of training and eating and building that mental toughness we so crave and work so hard to build upon.

But what happens when out training lives and the things we love to do start to backfire on us both physically and mentally?

Erin is going to explain to our Motivation and Muscle Family what she has been doing to address her problems with this. Erin explains how she is an exercise addict and how food through the years has ruled her every move since she was fifteen years old.

She explains how she knew she needed help to change herself mentally and to be able to function once again where it wasn’t all or nothing.

Erin told Eric that she is in an intensive sixty day program through the Navy Seals who support the Marines on these matters.

I applaud Erin for her honesty and guts to put it all out on the line for our family of listeners. I hope anyone who is suffering from these problems will be encouraged by Erin’s story to get the help they need.

From there we turn to the word hope.  Eric tells Erin that hope will always have a place to make your dream come true. Hope will change everything in your life. There are so many things we want to do in our lives.When you have hope wrapped around your dreams and ambition you will get it done.

Sometimes when things get rough or the world has got you down that little word called hope whispers in you ear and everything just feels right again.
