Train and Gain-My Five Favorite Sand Bag Exercises, Eggnog Smoothie and a High Protein Mocha Drink-Eric Fiorillo Host of Train and Gain and The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes His Co-Host Erin Mackin to the show. Erin is a marine, nutritional coach, owner of Paleo Effects, Strength Trainer and Exercise Coach. Eric and Erin discuss Eric’s five favorite sand bag exercises he’s presently doing. Eric also gives you another one he’s still working on which delivers large. My five favorites are step-ups, bear hug and walk, clean to the shoulder, grounded bench press and the bent row. All of these movements deliver mountains of muscle and strength. The best thing about sandbags is their low cost to get started. When were training with them we make up all sized weighted bags. This way you can stagger the bag size depending on the distance you would like to travel with them. I also discuss the rep range to use. I usually stay between five and one. I’ll also tell you where to get the bags and liners and other proven suggestions to get you well on your way to a new more stronger and confident you.
