Warriors of the World-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio Welcomes Dr. William Wong to the Broadcast. We talk about standards, philosophy, singular training, walking the mile and the do and don’t we consistently live by. We make reference and give examples of the samurai and the lone cowboy. We’re all part of a fighting group whether it’s the lone cowboy or the Viking warrior. But always realize that the training must be done in a way which will always have you prepared for a one on one battle and to win no matter what…
We talk about the tools we need on hand to keep the Warriors of the World moving especially when we do some damage to ourselves when we are in the heat of battle. Such tools such as a nail clipper, nail file, super glue, chalk, and tape. These tools will always be a requirement to have on board when you train so you can complete what you’re doing for any given day. Warriors don’t need cheerleaders. Think of yourself as sun and steel and stone and iron! This is all being tempered with your philosophy which you continually build upon.
We talk about the external stimulation of watching such greats as York Barbell lifter Bill March or Bodybuilder Sergio Oliva who leave such a lasting and inspiring impression upon us. This is usually the fire which gets us started in becoming a Warrior of the World. Through the years of our training success, we now realize that we no longer need external stimulation to get us moving. We now realize the Warrior builds all of his success and power from the inside. This is a key point to always remember!
