What Do You Train For-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Dr. William Wong to the show? Eric and Dr. Wong start the radio show right off with What Do You Train For? The premise comes from the book A SKY WITHOUT EAGLES BY JACK DONOVAN. In this book’s chapter called Train For Honor Dr. Wong and I give our thoughts and insights on it. Eric and Dr. Wong ask our family a few very important questions. Why do we train? Is it only for aesthetics? Do we live in a society where we need to strong and vigorous anymore? Is it becoming more and more acceptable even with all the health concerns echoed in society for someone to be obese and sitting on the couch eating a bag of potato chips? Jack Donovan in the chapter Train For Honor harks back to a time when men trained to defend, honored the men who came before them and to honor the fighting DNA we all possessed long ago! We talk about your strength DNA and as we all entered planet earth it was always there within each of us. The next question we ask is what got it to come alive finally in you? Eric tells Dr. Wong it was his brother Jimmy and the Incredible Hulk. What a contrast but keep listening.  Men do need to be tested, questioned and be positioned in a corner to fight their way out of. This immediately sets off the Strength DNA. We know in to-days world the majority of men have more estrogen than their wives especially as they get into their early forties. Dr. Wong always makes reference to Valhalla. The strength, the honor, and the hard work move us in the direction to eventually seek the brotherhood we’ve worked so hard to finally be with eternally. The whole idea of our discussion today is to fight for something that has a true internal meaning to you. Something you’ll take with you when you are long gone from planet earth. Do you remember the struggle? Turn yourself into that rock which nothing can break and when your hit everything just bounces off you. Never be satisfied with yourself. Always strive to better yourself and as you get older work twice as hard on yourself.
