What is it-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Bodybuilder, Powerlifter, Kettlebell Queen and Mace Trainer Kirsten”Little Tank”Tulloch to the Broadcast.Eric and Kirsten start with an action packed full throttle podcast titled What is it? Why have both Men and Women hit rock bottom hormonally, bodily and mentally for starters? Eric and Kirsten talk about the struggles men are having nowadays just with their maleness. They don’t feel they belong to a tribe of men who share stories, lift heavy objects and want to conquer the world. They have become civilized, evolved as we’ve been told by the experts and that there’s no longer any need to be strong and fit.  This kind of thought usually gravitates back to our-our poor food choices accompanied with added low testosterone and high amounts of estrogen for starters.
Eric and Kirsten now talk about why so many women are suffering from many of the symptoms that their male counterparts are dealing with. Some of the problems which are very apparent in women are low energy, weight gain in certain areas of the body, Adrenal Burnout, and  Thyroid problems. Kirsten sees more and more of this in the woman especially the clients she trains with the growing problems associated with their Thyroid.
We have to really sound the alarm again to one of the things we constantly hit on. Are you unwilling to work hard to get yourself healthy? We both agree there is a level of laziness out there bigger than anything Eric and Kirsten have ever seen. This poor attitude, lack of confidence and disinterest in yourself is so alarming that this could eventually take your life. Let’s stop with the quick fixes and the worthless trainers and programs and make real exercise your lifestyle.This is why we refer to it as Physical Culture.
