Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Podcast Show Welcomes Trainer, Strongman, Owner of Epic Fitness Solutions, Writer and Arm Wrestler Will Dinwiddie to the Broadcast.

Eric has hit a new theme on the last two podcasts. It started yesterday with the Andrew Durniat podcast where I wanted to concentrate on lifting monster weights for one rep maximums. Like all of us endurance is so important for the strength sports we do but lately I’ve wanted to talk about  lifting huge weights period.

Well Will and Eric picked up where Andrew and  Eric left off. Eric and Will talk about lifting one of our favorites which are stones. We love both the Husafell and Atlas Stones. We got into the Husafell stones because that’s what were working with presently.

Google the RIP stone which Will is working on and has specific goals for distance. This stone is 335 pounds of jagged edged cement with no give and it loves to tear your clothes and rip into your skin.

When we talk about building body mass there’s not much better. Will stated that he will carry that stone 100 feet eventually. Your body must and I repeat must grow bigger and much stronger to attain this goal.

We get into super heavy pulls weather there dead lifts or rows off blocks for the biggest  weight the body can handle.

Eric tells Will about a few different warm-ups he’s experimenting with for bigger weighted Husasteel sets. More on that as I iron it out.

This podcast is so electrically charged with information, ideas, reps and so much creativity that strength, size and the art of becoming bigger is a byproduct of your vision to lift huge objects.

Dominate and Obliterate everything in your path!
