The most surprising fact about this event were coaches came from all over the USA to show and teach their expertise. There wasn’t anything scripted just men learning their trade from one another. Lets fast forward Summer Strong 8 to 2015. Summer Strong 8 had a three day event with over 500 elite coaches and athletes in attendance. It was three days  comprised of coaches coaching coaches, athletes teaching athletes and men and woman  joining together for the same righteous cause . It all comes down to the people who you surround yourself around to make a great event. Pride and insecurity will never be welcome amongst these men and woman athletes. Strength is king and we all have an obligation to preserve, respect and teach it to the world. This is another inspiring and motivating podcast.
