Nothing is better then taking a huge risk and reaping the bigger reward. Eric and Brooks talk about Eric’s venture into power rack training and how he got inspired to do it. Brook Kubik and Anthony Ditillo both the God’s of power rack training had so much influence on Eric that he couldn’t wait to start. This was a big gamble because of the severity of the movements and having to learn how to train all over again. Not only do you have to have a set of big balls but you better have gallons of self-confidence  oozing from you’re pores. This is what risk and reward is all about. This is also called training out of you’re comfort zone. Think about something you would like to do that is extremely hard. Take a big risk with loads of action and be fearless destroying every obstacle in front of you. Eric and Brooks compare notes about training alone. Brooks has trained alone for most of his lifting career and has achieved mounds of success. Eric relates his story why he trains alone and the benefits he has derived from it. This type of training will have you believing in yourself and building  a wall of self-confidence  in oneself. Welcome back Brooks Kubik!
