Eric and Eric kick the show right off talking about Father’s Day and how important this day is and what it means to them. We reminisce about the great memories we have of our fathers and the great roles they played in our lives. We talk about the things they have said and done with us to shape us to be able to take on the important role of fathers.

Eric and Eric talk about how vitally important it is for all daughters to have a strong male role in their lives. We both feel and believe this will shape her future decisions when she decides what type of man she wants to make a life with.

We talk about the things that our fathers have said to us as kids and how now as adult men they make so much sense to us. So many simple phrases that have saved us both from a lot of trouble.

We talk about how our fathers always led by example and spoke to us both on the what and how to achieve this great quality.

Eric and Eric talk about how proud his father would have been to see him as an entrepreneur and a man destined to fulfill his dreams. I wish I had another day to sit around with my dad and discuss business, kids and life.  I can only do that in spirit right now but I know he’s always guiding me. A lesson learned is a lesson lived.

Eric and Eric thank our dads for the great lessons we’ve been taught and the love that’s been bestowed upon us.

Eric Guttmann-Joint Health-#421

Eric and Eric kick the podcast right off with building joint health which will last you a life time.

Eric and Eric explain fully that joint aches, cracking and in some instances being practically disabled will not bode well for your lifting career.

Eric tells us he was facing this hard reality and decided to change his training program for a short spell. When he changed his training to using machines  and some body weight movements for a short duration he found that the aches were starting to disappear. Some of his older injuries he had accumulated through the decades were minimized.

Eric said that he has started to work out with free weights again and he is beginning the break in phase. Eric explains that his body feels great and the weights are moving quickly, explosively and he is building so much strength and power. It just goes to the point that subtle changes for a short period of time can really renew and refresh your body.

Our next topic of conversation was how to alkalize your body. We all know when your in an acidic state the potential for disease is quite prevalent. We talk about a few of the steps you’ll need to take to get your health on the right track.

We finished off the show with how is the best way to fully recover your body from vigorous exercise? One example of this is to practice full joint mobility exercise.

As Eric related to his own story where he had injured a ligament in his ankle. He was told it would take 18 months to heal. Eric was sick of the pain and decided to do some joint mobility research. After finding out what he had to do to recover from his injury his 18 month prognosis for healing was solved in one week.

Eric Guttmann-The 533 Update and Your Word is Your Bond-#224Eric and Eric bring us up to date with the 533 program. This program I designed for Eric works with 3 big lifts. The lifts we use in Eric’s program is the Squat, Deadlift and Overhead Press. We run two lifts together at all times to create an atmosphere of all out body gains in strength and raw power. The lifts would go like this. For six weeks we would Dead Stop the Squat and the Overhead press from three different heights. Then on the seventh week we would remove the squat from the program and insert the Deadlift into the program along with the Overhead press. Eric has gained super muscular body weight and a monster amount of strength even with a slight shoulder injury from his lifting past. Eric has experienced a new found confidence and power like never before in his strength career. Were going to keep building on his success with more video and training updates with the whole course to be released by years end with explanations, suggestion and of course more positive self talk . We also talk heavily about how important your word is in everything your involved with in daily life. We get very loud and passionate on this important subject. Everything you do or say will show what kind of individual you really are. Stand up and be a true pillar of strength and accomplishment!
