Honesty and stepping back from the situation at hand is the key. When these consistent set backs occur they are always physical, mental or technical in nature. Your going to have to attack and analyze every situation your in. Eric and Clint talk about seeking advise from others no matter how much you think you know. Sometimes having to be brutally honest with ourselves is the hardest pill to swallow. We always figure if I change my routine, take more supplements and get more rest this will make me great again. This might work in some cases  but your attitude is what needs to change in a big way. Eric and Clint can’t say this enough to our listening family to never give up. Never stop. Never quit. Clint tells Eric so many kids just drop out. The majority of the times this happens is because there parents drop out first. Don’t make a career out of quitting. Eric and Clint talk about our split personalities. The gym is one personality and then the personality that exists in the real world so to speak .
