This consisted of the hand/thigh deadlift, Husasteel Stone Walk and the Strict Barbbell Curl. What a man making routine this is and one which will give you a gorilla like physique when given enough time and patience.

We talk about lifting the Atlas Stones and doing heavy distance walks with the Husasteel Stone. We also talk about the power of partials relating to pulling super heavy Husasteel Stones.

Eric and Mike deliver another all out podcast to point you in the right direction to make life happen for you in a big way.

Eric and Mike talk about your attitude and how it will make or break you in life’s endeavors. It’s just as easy to have a winning attitude as it is to have a poor attitude. We give to huge examples of 2 young winners associated with myself and the show.

The first one is Casey Walker who won our FBC/Stronger Grip Sledge Hammer contest. This 12 year old young man was absolutely spectacular in his approach to weight training and the will to get it done. He inspired me to want to go after bigger and better things in and out of the gym.

The second young member of our audience was my niece Olivia who got a perfect score at her clarinet  recital. As Olivia told me and understands at 10 years old attitude and hard work go hand and hand.  Eric and Mike talk about the discipline of training and how Eric feels when he takes an extended layoff his attitude becomes bad.

Mike explains to Eric its not a bad attitude but the idea that these are the things we must do to keep forging and growing our craft.

These are the things that separate us from the also runs in in the spirit of attitude and life. Eric and Mike give you example after example of ways to build a winning attitude for all the great things in life that you want to achieve. Remember this.
